With 28 years of HR leadership experience across industries including manufacturing, healthcare, health and wellness, and public relations, I’ve worked directly with executives, founders, and managers to address the real people issues that impact performance, retention, and culture.
Throughout my career, I’ve supported fast-growing teams, guided leadership transitions, and helped organizations build clarity and accountability in environments ranging from the production floor to corporate headquarters. My approach blends deep operational understanding with strategic people judgment, shaped by real-world experience, not theory.
I founded Golden Oaks HR Solutions to offer the kind of high-trust, calm, and expert partnership I saw so many leadership teams struggling to find. I do more than advise. I partner with leaders to navigate complex people dynamics, rebuild alignment, and create lasting cultural clarity.
I’m not a traditional HR consultant. I don’t deliver off-the-shelf programs or surface-level fixes. I become a thinking partner to the people at the top, helping them lead with confidence, empathy, and long-term focus.
